Mark Fisher came to Raeford Presbyterian Church in August of 2009. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 1988 and Austin Theological Seminary in 1997. He has two children.
Lisa Maxwell

Lisa Maxwell graduated from East Carolina University in 1980. She began work at Raeford Presbyterian Church in 1999. Lisa is married with two children.
Miriam McNeill
music@raefordpres.org

Miriam Ropp McNeill has served as Director of Music at Raeford Presbyterian Church since March of 2001.  She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and received her Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Fayetteville State University.  Miriam taught public school music for 22 years and served as a school administrator for 8 years before retiring in 2007.  She is married to Neal McNeill.  They have two daughters, Elizabeth and Katharine
Nancy McNeill

Nancy McNeill is a member of Raeford Presbyterian. In 1996 Nancy began her duties as the organist. A true asset coupled with our Cassavant Frères Organ, Nancy is married and has two children.

Jennifer Davis

Jennifer Davis is a Raeford native. After attending Scotland High School, Jennifer received her Bachelor’s Degree in elementary education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The daughter of members Kevin and Judy Davis, Jennifer will head our summer youth program before beginning a job as a teacher in the fall.
Our Committees

Ministry of Administration and Finance: Recognizing that God’s work is to be done with decorum and in order, it becomes prudent for this committee to provide the framework for such order to occur, always seeking to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the church and its policies and to insure the financial integrity and soundness of the church.

Elders: Jim Plummer, moderator; Bill Cameron, Dale Teal and Van Gibson
Deacons: William McDonald, Carrie Posey, and Ed Baker

Ministry of Christian Education: It is the duty of this committee to provide the environment, programs and activities by which children, youth and adults have the opportunity to experience the love of Jesus Christ, nurturing them until each prayerfully comes to acknowledge Him as Lord and Savior.

Deacons: Janet Plummer, Jay Johnson and Graham Poole

Ministry of Spiritual Development and Congregational Care: This committee keeps church members aware of missions-locally, nationally, and internationally-and to reach out to the community to witness to the Good News of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The committee will also seek to nurture members of the church spiritually.

Elders: L. S. Brock, moderator; Glenda Lester and Julian Johnson
Deacons: Steve Phillips, Janet Baker and Willie Odom

Ministry of Music and Worship: The committee shall ensure Raeford Presbyterian Church will provide worship experiences to meet the spiritual needs of the congregation through regular Sunday services, other services as designated and approved by the session, and special services at various times of the year.

Ministry of Long Range Planning and Oversight: This committee plans for the future needs of the church and evaluates the needs and effectiveness of all committees.

Ministry of Personnel: This committee plans for the future needs of the church and evaluates the needs and effectiveness of all committees.
