One of the best ways to get involved is to find a place to serve, within the congregation or in the community or in the world. You don’t even have to join the church first to get involved. All are welcome to participate. Raeford Presbyterian Church provides many opportunities to participate in serving our church families, in outreach activities in our local community and in service projects around the world. Our involvement is multi-faceted. If you have an interest, a talent, or a concern please join us as we offer direct services to individuals, as we volunteer in community ministries, or through sharing financial resources.
The needs are great-whether around the corner or around the world. Come join us! Get involved!

The Raeford Presbyterian Church believes in the power of prayer.
We encourage our members to pray for those in need, those facing challenges, our military, our government, our nation and our world. If you would like to part of our prayer ministry, we meet every Tuesday morning at 7:30 and every Sunday morning at 9:15 in the Russell Smith Sunday School Class.
If you or someone you know needs our prayers, please contact the minister at 875-2101. He will pray for you and will include you in our Prayer Chain if you so desire. If you would like to part of the Prayer Chain, please contact the church office (910) 875-2101 or the officer listed below.
We include in our weekly bulletin and in “The Link”, a list of those who need continued prayer. If you or someone you know should be included on our list, we ask that you contact the church office. We update that list the last week of each month. If the need for prayer is prolonged, please let us know that your prayer request should remain on the list.

Serving in partnership with the Church of Jesus Christ in Madagascar (FJKM), Dan and Elizabeth work to improve the lives of the Malagasy people. Elizabeth trains village health workers, helps communities develop safe drinking water sources and educates church leaders and youth about AIDS prevention. Dan has helped the FJKM develop an extensive fruit tree program that includes a fruit tree nursery and extension work with farmers. He also does environmental education, helping people live in harmony with God’s creation. Dan helps pastoral students grow fruits and vegetables. They will use these skills to help their community and families to achieve improved food security and nutrition. The Turks say that meeting needs in Christ’s name demonstrates how much God loves them.
